Controlled Disbursement is now available through The F&M Bank & Trust Company. Facilitation of Controlled Disbursement is handled on a turnkey basis by the F&M Treasury Management Department. The items which are presented via our control disbursement facilities are completely transparent to the payee, as well as other related parties. Controlled Disbursement is best suited for companies who experience a large number of payable items, or a significant dollar amount of payables.
