The F&M Bank & Trust Company is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under the most current revision of this program,
through December 31, 2010 all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully insured by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction
Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules. Noninterest-bearing transaction
accounts automatically transferring to or from a non-qualified interest-bearing account will void the FDIC's unlimited guarantee under this program; however, they are still insured
under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules. Cashier's Checks purchased from The F&M Bank & Trust Company are included in the Transaction Account Guarantee
Program.
